On arrival at Trivandrum airport you will receive a warm welcome from us and be transported to a quality hotel in Kovalam which is on the coast, only 20 minutes drive away. You will stay here for the first night while you recover from your journey.
Take a walk along the beach, or laze in the sun whilst watching the fishermen tend their nets. There are also a variety of shops to browse around or places to buy refreshments.
For the evening meal you are booked in to the highly recommended 'Lonely Planet' vegetarian restaurant. Then you will be able to retire to your hotel for a refreshing night's sleep.
Breakfast the following morning is provided in your hotel and your time is your own until 5pm when we shall transport you to the True Freedom Healing Retreat, in plenty of time for you to settle in before the evening meal.
