Q: What facilities can I expect? A: ‘TRUE FREEDOM HEALING RETREAT’ is purpose-built to the highest standards, using natural materials. It provides a Healing Centre comprising of the serene atmosphere of the Santhi Hall, consultation rooms and treatment rooms, also a breathtaking roof area for daily activities like meditation, yoga, visualisation classes, spiritual film shows and Indian craft workshops.
Full board is provided, with organic vegetarian buffet meals in our delightful lakeside restaurant.
The nine circular double/twin bedroom guest cottages are surrounded by verandas so you are able to choose your perfect view and relax in the glorious sunshine. They also have en-suite bathrooms of a high standard.
Q: What treatments are available? A: Individual and group EFT sessions will give you the opportunity to release any negative emotions which are holding you back in your life.
Also personal Ayurvedic consultations will take place soon after your arrival. Here you will be advised as to the best package suitable for your daily treatment.
Q: What entertainment is available? A: Uplifting spiritual film shows which are now proven by scientific research to positively affect one’s immune system.

Indian cookery demonstrations can be arranged, also guests will be shown how to wear a sari or lungi & experience other Indian customs.
Q: Will I be able to buy alcohol at the Retreat? A: No, sorry. Alcohol is not recommended whilst undergoing Ayurvedic treatment. However, we do have a Juice Bar available with provides a variety of free healthy drinks.

Q: What if I have forgotten to bring an essential item? A: A shop selling gifts, books, music and basic essentials is available but if it does not stock something you need, please ask at Reception and we will do our best to get it for you.
